MOD50: Tube HELP! :)

I just replaced all the tubes in my MOD50 and the clean channels (TD) work although the drive channels are EXTREMELY quiet. I replaced the amp with 6550's in the power section and 12AX7 in the others.

I also biased the amp and I was getting a (matched) reading of approximately 42ma as per the chart.

Help a n00b out!
 
What Jason said. Try swapping out the X7's in your gain module.

Also just because the pre tubes in your chassis are "new", they can basically go bad immediately. I have had that happen many times. You just have to trouble shoot the pre tubes.
 
Good advice. I bet it;s just the 12AX7's in the Gain Module went bad.
