Modded Brahma arrived yesterday.

This thing rocks! Gain knob can be pulled for a gain boost. I want two of these now. One set for mid gain/classic rock tone and the other set to kill. Add a boost out front and it would be like having 4 gain switchable channels and they all sound great.

Jaded Faith over on the MTS forum. I bought it from someone else who had it modded in May.

I don't have any way to record clips right now. Maybe soon though.
 
Jaded Faith..aka Rob D. from Jersey does amazing mods for very reasonable $$... My Brahma and Mr Scary mods from him will be back next week....his turnaround is fast as well...a fine person as well... :rock: :rock:
 
So it's high gain Vox territory? Egnater originally had a VOX+ in the charter line up of the single channel Modules when they debuted. It didn't really catch on but I still would LOVE to get a hold of one of those.
 
No, The Brahma is definitely a Marshall tone, not Vox...The Super V is the Vox lynch tone...The VX is Randall's version....much lower gain, used for rhythums
 
Over the weekend this module knocked the Grail out of my RM50. I am going to send that out for the Orange switch and use it for that tone only. The Brahma will be covering all Marshall territory (high and low gain) from now on.
 
Thanks for the kind words and glad to hear you are digging the mods! Got your Scary and Brahma out the door Priority Mail this morning and they both sound awesome. The smoothing out the tone on the Scary that you requested came out KILLER and I think I need it in my personal Scary.....
