Just got an M4 in today. I have been using a randall rm4 but i decided to upgrade to egnater. I'm running the m4 into the fx loop of an rm20 with EL84s. I am looking into getting some egnater modules and i was hoping for some module suggestions.

1) clean sound- looking for something that won't break up even at high volumes.

2) high gain rhythym- looking for something similar to randall's mr.scary but with tighter bass response.

3) lead- singing midrange, high gain but with clarity, and a liquid feel

1 - TT
2 - EG5 or SL2X
3 - EG3/4

Exactly what Gene said:

If you want to get some bluesy sounds in there too, get the T/D, which does Twin cleans, and deluxe bluesy gain.

Yeah,

about the EG5 vs SL2X.

ATM, I don't know which one I like more. To my ears, the SL2x is just slightly cleaner with a little less grind. The B channel of EG5 really sings nicely though. Two great modules.

Is the 2nd channel on the T/T just like the first channel only louder or more gain? Or are they voiced slightly different for 2 different clean sounds?

Can't cout out the COD for leads. It really sings for me!
