I purchased this brand new for a new pedal board build, but wound up not having enough space for it.
Pedal was never used except for plugging it in and trying it out.
This is the original "Lawsuit" version - "Gibson requested that Mojo FX stops using the Mister-O brand for its phase shifter pedal, claiming that it is “substantially similar” to Gibson’s MAESTRO brand name"

The Mr O was created to reproduce the special and beloved sound of the original Maestro PS-1A Phase Shifter released in the early 1970's intending to replicate the sound of a Leslie rotary speaker, the phase shifter turned into a widely popular effect that influenced the sound and role of the electric guitar ever since. After many hours of careful listening, playing, and tweaking, we finally arrived at a design that earned its colors and has the elusive magic of this historic pedal.
