Multi Effect ground loop?

I'll cut to the chase. I have a NUX MG 101 as my effects pedal, connected to a power strip that has more than one outlet. My laptop's charging brick is also connected to that same power strip. When i play my guitar, there's an ungodly amount of noise, even when i crank my noise gate to 50. However, one thing i notice is that the noise will be reduced if i unplug the laptop charging brick. The same thing happens when i play in a studio and theres 3 amps and my effects pedal connected to the same power strip. Is there any way to eliminate the noise? I can't have my laptop unplugged, though.

Is the laptop connected to any of your audio equipment while connected into power?

For power plugs, you can try this:

Trying to pinpoint the issue with a Ground Loop can be very time-consuming, and you'll end up having to try different options until you find one that works.

I used to get a Ground Loop with my Fractal FX8 plugged in 4-Cable-Method into my amp. After trying many things (including ground removal), I had to get an Ebtech Hum Eliminator like this one and eventually, that fixed my issue. But that's after sadly trying many different options.

Cheers

No, the noise is there without connecting my laptop into my multi effects pedal. However when i do connect them, the noise increases twofold and my guitar becomes an electric hazard. One thing i did notice is that both my laptop and my effects pedal's power supply is that it's plug is the european type c, infamous for not being grounded, it's also connected to a type F outlet (type c plugs can plug into type f outlets but they still wont be grounded.) I think that may be the issue here.

Can you try a different USB C power supply with the laptop with ground on it? Can you order the ebtech hum eliminator power plug to see if it works? If it doesn't, then return it. especially if you order it from Amazon.

does the noise issue continue if you plug your laptop power supply into a completely different outlet?
