Ordered an Ibby S520EX on sale for $399. They sent me an '06 model that had been returned - they other guy's packing slip was still in the box! The outside of the carton had a "return to shipper - box damaged" sticker. Yep, a huge dime size chip down to the wood by the bottom strap button. It did play nice though, so I'm exchanging it. Man, I hate that!!! Now I gotta wait some more. The last three things I bought from MF we're definitely not new and had been previously opened. Last chance MF!
 
I have had more bad experiences with that site than good.

On the other hand, I have had nothing but good luck with American Musical.

4x that's happened, man that sux! I'll think twice before ever giving them my money. You're pretty forgiving, I'd a given them one more chance after the first time. If it happened again I'd told them to shove and give me my money back. :gethim:
 
i've ordered from MF countless times over the years and never had a problem... :confused:
 
They've lost my business, except in circumstances where I can't get things elsewhere (which is rare)

American Musical Supply for online stuff, otherwise local stores...

MF screwed themselves hard with the warehouse moves, even then they've tried to fuck me several times on orders.
 
I guess it is good that MF doesn't ship to Quebec.
I've had nothing but positive experience with Am. Musical and Music123.
 
Sweetwater stole my business a couple years ago!! Best on the planet IMO.
 
American Musical eh? I've never ordered from there. If the exchange does not go well I'll give 'em a shot. Thanks for the tip guys...
 
AMS or Sweetwater for me.

MF/GC/Music123/Woodwind & Brasswind and Sam Ash can smell my anus hole.
