I'm glad to say that a month ago my dream of having a Diezel was finaly realised!
The tone of the amp is just great in every way.

The thing is,, i'm a bit under educated when it comes to tube amps and effects.

I was hoping for some help with my setup?
I have a Diezel VH4S, and a 2x12 Genz-Benz G-Flex series cab. ( acompanied by another cab live )
then I bought myself a used Tc electronic G-major, and a Roland FC.
Then 2 pedals, a Digitech Whammy and a Dunlop Wah pedal.

I'm getting low or no volume when using the send to my effects and then returning then from the G-Major to the Diezel.

Can anybody recomend a setup that will give me loud stereo effects, with minimum unwanted noise?

Thanks a lot!

Parallel or serial loops ?

If you use the parallel you will have to find the kill dry function on the G System.
If your using the serial, there are input and output parameters on the G System that may need
to be adjusted up to ubcrease your signal strength.

The parallel "saves" most of the tone right?
Actually i would like to know how to set them both up, so that i could test them both out and decide what sound feels right for me.

Welcome to the board, Honda

Please don´t forget That You can use dynamic
effects like compressor, gate and eq only in serial mode.

I think Your G-major is good for the serial loop.

Best regards,
Peter

Wow thanks a lot!
So then i put my G-major in the Serial loop, and the Digitech and wah wah in the paralel loop?
I'm not with my amp right now but i'll have it with me tomorrow again so i will be able to try it out.

For Parallel, save some of your favorite patches in the user patches, above 100. Hit the Levels All button and scroll to the last parameter and it
should say "Kill Dry". Turn it to ON. You may have to adjust some of the Routing to parallel and adjust the input and out put levels. To set the routing,
hit the routing button and to set the levels hit the Levels All again. In parallel I run my input level at -9dB and adjust with the VH4's loop mix and the front panel
knobs on the G-Major to get the mix right.

-place the TC g-major1 in your VH4 serial loop and adjust levels in order to obtain the same volume with and without the GM1 in the signal path,
-place wha stomps preamp.

;)

Yeah the G major in the serial is working perfectly!
My current set up now is, Guitar in Whammy/Wah into Diezel, with the Gmajor in the serial loop.
Thanks for helping me out so quickly ;)
