I know they (Josh) is known for great customer service and whatnot and his pedals are top-of-the-line but, I wanted to share this because I've done my best to be patient and have finally just given up.
I had an issue with my Spring Chicken LE and so I messaged Josh asking if he could check it out for me. Here are our e-mail messages (notice the dates, etc.

Josh Holley,
I sent in my Spring Chicken LE Reverb pedal nearly a month ago for repair. No rush or anything, just wanted to check up on it.
Thanks,
Ryan.

Hey Ryan,
your pedal is here and is not looking real good, i've replaced everything except for the Belton brick itself...did it ever work for you? I'm curious if the previous owner killed it.

Really? Ya, it worked for me for a half a week or so. Nothing I could have done to it though. I literally put it on my board and played with it a couple times. Never even gigged with it. That's really weird. Thank you for taking a look at it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I really appreciate it.

Sounds great. Thanks again. Like I said, absolutely no rush whatsoever. Just wanted to make sure it still existed and FedEx didn't mess something up.

Thanks,
Ryan.

I no longer have the e-mails he sent after that. I deleted them, they made me too angry.
But to summarize them -
Since so much time had passed (6 months at this point), I sent a message pleading for him to let me know if I had been scammed so that I could just leave this whole thing alone. (I sent 3 of these e-mails before getting a response)
He basically told me, dude I sent that thing out months ago, you never received it? And asked me why he would scam people out of his own pedals? That he'd been in the middle of a move up north and sent it out before he left.
I sent him a message back professionally and respectfully stating that I had not received the pedal and if he by any chance had any tracking info, etc. And that I apologized for the "scam" message but figured that perhaps someone had made a fake e-mail address and was impersonating him. I then asked how he could blame me for coming to that conclusion after so much time had elapsed? (Again, sent about 2 or 3 of these messages before getting a response). One of which I stated, "although I appreciate your work, I am going to be posting on the gear forums about this fiasco, it has gotten out of hand and I think people should really know about this." That got his attention.
He finally responded saying he did not have any tracking information but assured me he would have the guys at the warehouse look for it as long as I promised to stop harassing him about it. And if he could not find mine, he would send me a "regular" spring chicken to replace it.
I bit my tongue told him thank you and figured that despite the headache and the time that had past, I'd forgive him. I didn't hear from him for another month so just two weeks ago I sent another message-no response. I've given up....and I'm out $220.
