Got it all hooked up, and have been jamming on my Two Rock through it for the past couple of hours. Haven't tried it with my 4-12 yet, just running into logic x, and listening on studio monitors. This thing is great ! None of the cabs or mics are filler, they are all useful and sound great. Very easy to set up and use.
Just wanted to pop in and say : Good job, Two Notes!!

That is great to read, thank you for the enthusiastic feedback, now everybody is reassured you won't fry you amp but hooking it up the wrong way. ^^

I say it is simple to hook up and use, but I can see how someone unfamiliar with using an interface, DAW, or load box/attenuator may not find it so easy. All of the tutorial videos that I came across before buying the unit, are aimed at users that already have an understanding of digital recording, routing, and using plug ins. I remember how daunting it was when I first started learning a DAW. The nomenclature alone can be difficult to get a grip on, and then there is still the task of learning how to capture good recordings, apply plug ins, and mix.
A sticky thread covering some basics could be helpful for those just getting started. I know there is already a recording sub forum on this bbs, but I doubt discussing it in relation to the Torp Live and Torp Studio in this forum would be out of place.
I am by no means an expert, but I could contribute something, if you decide to do that.

BTW, after I made the original post yesterday, I spent some time with the WoS plugin. Awesome !!

I want a sound sample of the Two Rocks through the torpedo live!!!!!

I havent delved into that part yet, but I plan to. I will share it when I do.

Enjoy! I love my Torpedo Live. It's the single most useful piece of gear I've purchased in a very long time.
