I posted this in the regular forum too.
Just got this today and can't wait to fire it up!
Thanks Brad for hooking me up
And of course Peter for continuing to build killer amps.
I just have to get my hands on a vh4 :D

Congrats! I'm hoping to add a D-Moll to my arsenal sometime in the next year.

I got about 2 hrs in today with it at volume and all I can say is HOLY SHIT.
This thing is a beast. I can't believe how much bottom end this thing has.
I'm not sure I'll ever need channel three.
Channel 2 with the gain at about noon just slays  ,roll back the volume a little and it cleans up nice.
The clean channel also sounds huge..
This pic is before I got it set up..
Can't wait to hear it in a band mix.
Peter is a genius!

Nice man, like to here your thoughts on the D-Moll! Looking at maybe getting one of these, does it sound anything like Hagen?

Not at all....

Nice NAD !

If you can make a small comparison Hagen vs D-Moll it would be great.

Uncle,

2. I have D-Moll on stock

:D

D Moll sounded like Marshall got ass raped by a Doezel and had some demon child... From the first clip I thought this will be my first Diezel.

I have he feeling a D Moll will sit next to my Rhodes Gemini in the near future...

Congrats on a great new amp day!

Quite a rig you have going there. Gotta think that would cause local trees to fall when cranked in stereo..

Must be great to be you!

It's too early for any real comparison to the Hagen.
I've got some time this weekend and will play them side by side and figure out if I like my Mesa cab or the Diezel cab better, although I think I already know the answer.
I will say that I'm totally blown away by this little amp. It's funny, when I first opened the box I thought what a cute little amp.. It looks like a mini Diezel.. Then I plugged it in and forgot about the size   It has that punch you in the chest bottom end.

I know Peter was trying to make a more affordable amp but make no mistake, there have been no corners cut here.
This amp is everything you'd expect from a Diezel, built like a tank and will last forever. I've been playing Diezels for more than 3 years now and just like the other two I've owned, the amp is plug and play. I had great tones coming out of the Dmoll in less than 5 minutes of tweaking.
After an hour of playing it, it felt like I'd had the amp for years.
The unbelievable thing about this amp is that you can buy it brand new for the same price that used Herberts, vh4's etc are going for.
At the end of the day this is a great deal on a brand new amp that has all the Diezel signature tones, and I'm happy to support Diezel and King guitar by buying new.
