Let me start off by saying, THANK YOU Jeff Hilligan! If anyone ever deals with him, he's great!

This is my third VHT UL, and I guess 3rd times a charm because I'm loving this bad ass mofo!

At first I was like, ugh now I remember why I didn't like the UL. It has the "humppy thummpy lumppy" bottom end (KT88's?), but I lowered the "bass" knob and raised the 100hz slider and bam! THUNDARR THE QUEEFFARIAN!!! I guess I had never thought of that in the past. lols

What I really like is going from bed room volumes (what you see in the picture) to band jamming volumes all I have to do is raise the Master Volume and nothing else.

I'm running it through my Orange 2x12, I'm gonna try it thru the TOV's 2x12 later today. I really need to get matching ohms for my setup, the Mesa is 8ohms & the Orange is 16ohms.

  :D

I don't think it's going any where. One of my favorite set ups of all times was a VHT UL and an ENGL SE. So now I have a VHT UL and TOV. The only way I think I could be happy is if it gave blowies.

Plus having 3 channels, I had forgotten how nice it was to have one clean and two dirty.

Damn my ears are ringing. It's got that awesome wood knocky tone ala Marshall.

Definitely my favorite crunch channel of any head out there!
