Yeah the Pete Thorn demo for the new units Suhr came out with are impressive. The Suhr Eclipse through a good clean channel of a tube amp sounds like it is going to be a winner. Sounds fantastic and better than any other OD/dist/amp in a box to my ears. Love Suhr stuff I will definitely be picking up an Eclipse. They also managed to stuff an analog cab sim into a box with some controls over the tone and it surprisingly sounds really really good and better than some of the IR's that are out there. Suhr knows how to get it done.

The new signature line from Suhr, specifically the Pete Thorn models look awesome. I'm looking forward to checking them out when they're released.

Sigh of relief as nothing from Jackson or ESP created any new GAS. Though, Kiesel has a few new designs/options I will need to have look into...

2017 seems to be the year of the speaker cab sim pedal; the Neunaber Iconoclast has my interest...need to see what all the options are after NAMM, and do some research...

Yeah especially when for example a guitar matching the specs of the Pete Thorn is $3150 according to the builder on a dealer's site. I like Pete and he's a hell of a guitar player, but i don't like him enough to pay an extra $850 for a guitar because his name is on it and it has a set of pickup rings
