Does anyone recognize this amp?

It's for sale and I'm thinking about buying it. The seller doesn't know if it's a HG or LG Jose and the amp has expoxy on the board.

It could be either just going from the pics, because the LG and HG Jose mods have the same control layout.

With that said.. that amp looks like it may have been one that popped up here on RigTalk for sale a short while ago.. Was it Amplifire who sold it? Im sure it was listed as a HG Jose!

Thanks for the help. Nope, I bought it from Echoes on Harmony Central. Just paid for it yesterday so I don't yet have it. He mentioned that it had plenty of gain. Blackwater mentioned to me that they both have plenty of gain, so I bought it anyway, because I'm sure it will sound awesome anyway. I have no problem throwing a keeley ts-9 in front of it either if needed.

I'd inquired about it awhile back... IIRC it's just a "Jose", ie it was done before he started doing the HG vs. LG Jose mods. From what I was told it leans more toward the LG Jose territory.

I guess it doesn't really matter too much.... It arrived and it sounds freaking awesome.

I don't actually have anything to do clips with yet, but are some local HC/RT guys that may be able to help me put something together. One in particular has a Fortin Cali modded JMP coming in a few weeks.

I just played through all my Marshalls (JCM 900 slx, 1971 SuperBass, JCM 800 2210, Cameron Jose JCM 800 1987) and the Cameron sounds the best by FAR. To be expected, but it has something the others don't... Not quite sure what it is though.
