Plugged in my Granger last night. Had no sound. Smelled something burning and found this. This amp was just shipped so there is a possibility that the tube wasn’t seated well. Question is, do I put another set of tubes in and see what happens or get it to a tech?

Tech, no telling why the tube socket is heating up to melt it but it could be something solder wise that’s wrong/come undone or chaffed. Pins could need tightening to prevent arcing, all kinds of potential reasons why it’s doing this not related to bad tubes.

Yep. Just tried new tubes. It's toast. Off to the tech it goes.
