Amplified Parts has them as well as multiple on Reverb
 
He is looking for the older style- low relief- switch... good luck on that. What is germino using on his amps? he may have a supplier.

To use those switches above in a vintage amp, you will have to enlarge the hole to 30mm
 
I think I have a couple of the vintage impedance switches off of JMP's in the shop!
