new amp coming for all the Dime sheep

Maybe because it’s all cheesy looking as fuck?? Lol I will say his guitars are iconic though and arguably the most recognizable in guitar history.

I owned the Krankenstein and that amp can be dialed in to be a massive monster. It’s a very misunderstood amp and IMO is a recipe for failure. Amps shouldn’t be a puzzle to dial in and figure out.
 
Not a lot of detail at that site. I wonder if it'll be better than the most recent offering from Feldman.

I haven't played the Krankenstein, but people say the same thing about the Revolution, and I didn't find the Revolution to be that hard to dial in. The only thing you have to figure out with it is the Sweep's usable range is really narrow. Other than that, I guess the FX loop knob does affect the tone, but many other amps are like that as well. And it greatly benefits from a boost, but so does a Recto and a 5150. It's just not an amp for 80's Hair Metal nor is it an amp for Djent.

I think the biggest downfall(s) of Krank amps were the cabs were built great, but were loaded with those awful Eminence speakers. That, and the "Krank" name and marketing makes it really hard to take them seriously. The way they pushed them as was kinda like "these amps are great for those Five Finger Death Punch covers, brotha!", LOL.

Buddy loaned me his warhead combo for awhile. It was cool but not a go to amp for me. I would love to try that krank. The krankenstein model on stl amphub was awesome.
