So finally, after almost three full weeks of agonizing wait, pacing around the apartment, keeping an eye out for the postman the Diezel box has finally arrived!
I bought this from Nya Musik in Jönköping, Sweden. I must give huge props to Calle over there who helped me out greatly during my visit. He let me crank the amps up back and forth a few times to make up my mind and really made the deal go very smooth. I went in there with my heart set on the Herbert and maybe, possibly a Hagen, but Calle ended up selling me the VH4. Granted, all he had to do was fire it up and press the button labeled "channel 3"
Mad props to you man, keep up the good work!
It came down to the Hagen or the VH4 in the end, but the VH4 won because it just made me grin while playing through it, something no amp has done for me yet!
I won't be able to play it until Saturday but at least I can keep it unpacked and look at it all night! While I unpacked it my girlfriend commented that "it must sound like a nuclear power plant, because it sure looks like it belongs in one"
And would you know, the plastic wrapper that the VH4 came packed in also made a great poncho for my feline companion, BONUS!
