Okay, just read the thread I'm assuming y'all are referring to.
I would want a clip and some pics, too.
There's so much lore to all of these amp builders on the forums.
I wish I knew more about some of it.
Unless it contains stories about German caterpillars.

Honestly you’re better off not knowing. Back in the day that amp would have sold in seconds. These days it’s just attracts opinionated asshats like flies on shit.

What’s sad is that rules were broken by the mods which demand to be held to a higher than thou standard. “Rules for the but not for me.”

Don't look at me; I had nothing to do with it. :LOL: Not that it's a laughing matter.

It's against the rules to discuss pricing within ads. The sound-clip requests could've been made without reference to the price and the member could've waited for the seller to return to the thread as-promised. :dunno:

AFAICT it went downhill from there.

I used to only buy amps after I had tag look at the schematics.
Now it's only whatever Machine Gun Kelly is playing.
 
if you're going to list a rare and sought after amp, heres what i would do:

1. Have many clear pics, or even better a video slowly going over the amp to show any flaws

2. Clips of the amp being played, this shows the buyer the amp is working properly while giving them an idea of the sound

3. Set your phone to get notifications when someone here DM's you, which is probably gonna be within minutes after posting if its an item like a Cameron, it takes all of 12 seconds to open rigtalk on your phone, click on "new messages" and send a response. if you really are too busy, maybe put in the listing that you are busy and may take time to respond, otherwise people are gonna question if you are just a scamming ass MF'er.
 
Are g12m-65 or 70 models from the early 80s good?
I found a 4x12 that is suppose to have had one or the other (from my little research) for $200.
Worth an hour drive to check out?

The member did in fact do this at least, albeit in a later post IIRC. :dunno:
