Goodbye Einstein.... :aww: I loved you!
Please welcome VH4

It´s not that I didn´t like the Eini, but I headed for more since I played the VH4 at first! And now I had the chance... my Einstein has been sold to another guy. I met him and we talked a while. He was stunned about the sound of Diezel. And now we have a new User and one kept!
One thing I realized on the VH4: it´s more difficult to dial in a Mastervolumen than it was with the Eini! The Knob has one point, when it breaks up from Bedroom directly to rehearsal.... but I had this on another Vh4, too. So this should be normal?
It´s not a problem, it´s still not too loud.. and if somebody is bothering, I turn up a bit more and won´t hear him anymore... :gethim:

Mine does the same thing with the volume too. So, I believe it is normal. :)

Love the VH4... well, actually, I love all Diezels haha.

Congrats on the VH4, I am sure Peter's advice is going to help. He is always right about his amps ;)

Enjoy the tones...once you go Diezel, there's no looking back

Turn down the channel volumes ;)

Yes! That´s what I did this evening at the first rehearsal! It´s really cool! I normally like to turn up the Channel Volume in Ch1 of the Einstein! It was the best way to get a good Sound across all Modes. (bout 13:00 o´clock). So I had to turn down the Master 1, of course. But the VH4 blooms up at Master past 9:00- my last Settings were Channelvolumes between 9:00 (Ch1) and 11 (Ch4).
I bridged the parallel loop and dialed in a good "Boost". Then I stored all Channels in either normal or boosted Volumen.
Due to my Roland GFC 50, I can now switch between Normal and Boosted Channels only by A/B. So it´s kinda having a "Master 2" Button :-)

I just started working with the Amp. At first I realized, that everything fits together kinda good. I can hear myself well even at lower volumes. And there´s enough space for everybody in the Band, even our Singer said: "It sounds awesome!"

So Peter, thanks a lot! I have KT77 in the Poweramp. So I think you will have been working on it in the last 12 months :-)

So I tried a lot of tweaking and got some awesome tones :-)
Tomorrow will be my first gig with the VH4. I´m really looking forward! Hope to not have a "cage" tomorrow as a Cabinet! Next week I can bring on my 2x12 Diezel Cab as well...
I made my VH4 ready to "shine" a bit on stage! Oh, and if someone takes any care of it...my settings as well..and I cleaned the Faceplate after taking this picture :D it has been used for some years...but after a second with a cloth it looked new!

Couldn't be much happier.... Even if I'm looking forward to an update, my live set will cover 99% of my upcoming shows the next years!
