Played yesterday for a few hours with my band. I was playing a traditional FULL STACK and it sounded kick ass.
Well I took the two 4X12's and spread them out WIDE...(One on each side of the room with the drummer in the middle).........

All I can say is HOLY SHIT!!!
Everyone was surprised on how HUGE the tone was. I was grinning from ear to ear! :D
EVERYTHING was sounding PERFECT! All I can say is I was in Musical BLISS that jam session.
Too bad the bass player got drowned out.......
It was AWESOME!!!!
Sorry.....just had to share!
Herbert is the king of the hill.......FO SHO!! ;)

Now what you need to do is take a line out from the Herbie and go to a decent rack mount FX unit, driven by any stereo power amp for wet effects. Add you a nice sloooooooooooooow, shallow chorus and Pan-delay that bounces from one side of the stage to the other. Watch everyone really shit themselves then. They will be looking for the other guitar player. Did this with the Herbie, Eventide Eclipse and Mesa 50/50. The crowd was waiting on the Heavens to open up and don't you know, it was only St. Peter!

Volume had alot to do with it too.
I had it pretty low at 1st (About 2) then when I opened the cabs up it seemed 'quieter' so I cranked the volume and it was so awesome. I need to check out one the units you mentioned. In the meantime this amp is hard to beat.

I absolutly love my Eclipse but since i've got the Herbie i'm using it less than before..beautiful tone also without an fx. :)
..but "Angelic Echos" on clean or ch2- gain at 10 blows my mind away.
