Here is a nice sounding review of the new Govan set-neck that showcases it's abilities, being played through an Egnater Tourmaster 4100. Very sweet indeed! Although, you'll have to overlook many of the reviewer's inaccuracies, when describing the guitar. Here's a short list of them: he calls it neck-thru construction, but it's actually a set-neck design; he says it has a rosewood fingerboard, but it's actually pau ferro; he says it has a compound radius, but it's actually just a straight 16" radius; lastly, he says Guthrie designed the tremol-no and blower switch for it, but he actually didn't design either one, but just incorporated both of them into the design of his signature Suhr guitars.

Sorry guys, I just pulled the trigger on it... Will be heading up to LA to pick it up in a few weeks - actually aiming to be there during the LA Amp Show. Is anyone here going?

It listed at $3,535.00. Not sure if Rob discounted that.

Let's just say it was my second major purchase from Rob at Tone Merchants and it certainly wont be my last.
