Hi y'all / Guten Tag zusammen,
First time poster, long time reader. Name's Alex, I'm from Germany but live in Amsterdam and just received my first Diezel amp It is a brand new Hagen and it's waiting for me at home (so no pictures yet)!
It is a brand new Hagen and it's waiting for me at home (so no pictures yet)!
I recently tried the Hagen and the D-Moll at Guitar Candy in Belgium (very cool shop ) The Hagen totally blew me away - I used to own a Mesa Roadster combo which had stellar cleans and the typical Rectifier wall of sound, but there was no way of getting it tight enough for fast riffing without a boost (while retaining the saturation I like). Plus I realised that I prefer amps that are voiced more "British". The Hagen delivered equally stellar cleans but gave me the drive sounds I was looking for.

The one I played had EL34BG's, the one I just got has KT77s, so I'm curious to hear it. Only problem is I have no cabinet at the moment, as mine is still being made Hopefully it will be finished soon so I can post more about the amp and of course a picture of the full rig!

@ Peter: vielen Dank nochmal für die Beratung hinsichtlich der Röhren

I must apologise because I stole this idea, but it's just so fitting:

I look forward to discussing all things Diezel with you guys.
Have a good one!
