I just put together a board with 7 pedals. How does my chain look? Tuner---noise gate ---- octave ----- OD ------ OD ---- front of amp. Form the loop... send --- noise gate ---- flanger --- delay --- return. I'm using my noise gate with the 4-cable method. Does my chain seem ok? I'll post some pics in a little bit for reference.

I have about 7 or 8 on my board. I run two lines. I plug into my tuner in the upper right and then do OD pedals and a noise gate to the left and then that goes to my amp input.

Then at the bottom of the pedalboard, I have my boost, delays and then reverb at the end. I have my send and return of my 5150-III 50watt plugged into this.

Two of my pedals, are stereo so when I feel like it, it is setup to run one output to my other 5150-III via one "return". Sounds glorious.

Thanks for the info! I realize that normally a noise gate would be last in the chain to the front of the amp, but this pedal https://guptech.ca/products/copy-of-guul-noise-gate?variant=42337188151496 they recommend I start right after the tuner pedal when using the 4-cable method. Please keep the comments coming as I'm not a pedal guy. I'm usually straight in or just an OD and noise gate into to the front of the amps. I can't wait to try this tomorrow as I'm off! :m17: BTW, I never used a flanger before. On the boss flanger, what settings do you recommend as a starting point?

Oh yeah man no problem! I love the REVV and does such a great job. Here are my two current pedalboards. The smaller one is my band board and then the big one is just setup in my mancave and do stereo with the BOSS EVH and Keeley Halo:

Woah! Way to have space left over on those boards. That's the way I like it but can never achieve it!
