Sounds great! Look forward to hearing your thoughts. Do you find it needs to go thru a proper tube power section to sound like that or can you get similar results going direct into a power amp sim?

Thx ! Still too early to say but you can get some really cool tones straight without having to run it thru a tube amp. I'll test more and post some clips :)

Cool! Appreciate it? Curious how it'd sound going direct into a DAW or thru something like a Cab M+ or Tsakalis Multicab.

Also, I like that you posted a clip of the Ceres where you twist the knobs, hit the switches, and show the pedal with and without a Maxon OD808. Gives a good sense of the tone shaping capabilities of the pedal.

thx man - gonna make some more clips soon! Trust me it sounds massive / no need to run it thru a power amp

I’ve paired one of these with an Orange Pedal baby with two 1x12’s for gigging, and it rips. I feel guilty using it instead of my Rectoverb, but I like it much better.

I stay pretty much on the blue (rythym) channel for high gain stuff and use the lead channel for low/med gain stuff the few times I need lower gain during the set.

I always use the blue or the Lead 1 on KSR amps. I had an Orthos and the Ceres at the same time and would just use the Ceres plugged directly into my interface with an IR and it would sound just like my Orthos mic'd up but just a bit better.

I just sold my Orion so that I could pay for my Chubtone. I'm already plotting on getting something else from Kyle to replace it. Not sure if I'm going to go with another Orion or Ares or maybe just run with a Ceres.

Also if you didn't already know there is a jumper in the Ceres that will make it even tighter. Personally I've never felt I needed it any tighter

I just ran my Ceres into the loop return of my Orange Dark Terror earlier today and it sounded fantastic. It had been a long time since I used it.

Here's a Kemper profile I made for my commercial pack - Ceres into the return loop of the Tremoverb
