new preamp tubes for Egnater 15 watt head

So what are some good replace preamp tubes for this amp? Looking for a good clean to semi clean platform to run fuzz and od pedals and a smoother overall sound. Thinking Tung Sol, Mullards or JJ's, but open to suggestions. Not looking to spend a bundle on NOS tubes however. Also, is it necessary to change V2 effects loop tube, and should V3 have balanced triodes? Right now the amp has the same 3 Sovtek 12AX7WA's in it. They are ok, but not sold on clarity and overall tone with pedals.

Thanks. Ended up getting a Tung Sol for V1, JJ ECC83S for V2 and Sovtek 12ax7lps for V3. Heard the V2 spot wasn't critical, so figured the JJ would be ok and hopefully better than Sovtek 12ax7wa in there now. Otherwise, will stick the Sovtek back in there.

I was going to say lps 4 v3. The 83s should be fine for v2

The jj ax7 seems to have a curse of being steril sounding like bland hospital food but not a tone to ruin the day either.
I found the Genalex 12ax7 to be a full sounding even tempered nice tube that works in any sockett it fits !
Nothing harsh all harmonic tone.
If your amp doesnt overdrive easy the tungsol is a OD champ, whole lotta grit there.
