New VH4S.....question?

I Just got home with a VH4S and notice Channel B has minimal output....(Diezel Stereo Cab 4x12)....Channel A is fine but I am only getting significant output from A and the Two left speakers(up and down). Any thoughts? Should I be using a stereo cable?

False Alarm....dealer said he would give me a new Head......This thing sounds inspiring and I am only using 1/2 of it.....Thanks for replying Peter.....
