I was talking to Rick on FB and he said that he has a 50 and 100 watt MTL about a week from finishing. Also, he is starting a run of 20 - MCII's and 20 - MTL's within a week. I looked hard at an MTL, but will save this for later, maybe. The SLO sort of took over everything in my arsenal. Anyway, if you are interested or need more info, go to their website and email Rick direct, or you can hit him up on FB. Rick is good people and straight up with no BS and excuses. And, no AC/DC tour, so he's all about the amps now.

So i put a deposit on a MC2 last night!
According to Rick, i got the last MC2 from the run that will be priced the same as a MC1, so that worked out pretty damn well!

Cant wait for it to get here!

Is anyone else on here sharing the MC2 lovin?

Awesome congrats! Did you get 100 or 50 watts?

Thanks :) i went for the 100w, probably over kill, and theres a lot of talk about how loud these things are, but if your throwing that much down on an amp, may as well go all the way! besides, i never really bonded with the 50w Marshalls all that much, the 100's just had that "big" sound that just does it for me!

Curious as to how these sound compared to the other Marshall based Amps eg. Friedman's, PWE, Cameron, etc. Lots of choices. Hhmm

Biggest difference is Wizards have lots of gain, but its the most uncompressed gain structure I've experienced. The sustain is there, but the easy to play gooey compression is not. I think its the most 'open' high gain amp there is.

Cool I got a MC100 I haven't tried the MC2, but the 100 watt sounds massive. 50 watt Wizard isn't like any 50 watt I ever heard it just roars as well. I think you will be really happy Wizard amps are keepers. No contest for my taste.

So look at what rocked up yesterday!
