Football season starts tonight! Finally!

Here are my predictions for division winners and such...

AFC East - Pats, no contest
AFC North - Bengals over the Ravens by 1 game
AFC South - Colts, no contest
AFC West - Chargers, although the Broncos will be somewhat close
Wildcard - Ravens
Wildcard - Broncos

NFC East - If McNabb stays healthy, it'll be the Eagles, if not I'm saying Cowboys
NFC North - Worst division in football, the Bears will be the only team to finish over .500
NFC South - Saints with very little competition from anyone in that division
NFC West - Rams, they just look too good. The Seahawks window has pretty much closed
Wildcard - Cowboys or Eagles, whoever doesn't win the division
Wildcard - Either the Panthers or Seahawks, no other teams to really pick from here

Super Bowl - Rematch of Super Bowl XXXVI, Pats vs. Rams...only this time the Rams get revenge. :D

What do you guys see in store for the season?

I do pick the Rams to go to the Super Bowl every year, but I honestly think they have a good chance this year. :)

I'm going Chargers versus Saints in the Superbowl. Chargers beat the Pats in the AFC championship game which is the REAL Superbowl. Saints beat the Eagles in the NFC Championship game.

The NFC is soo bad and the Chargers, Pats, and Colts are just head and shoulders above everyone else. But the Rams might be good with that offense. Only thing, can they play ANY defense? The Saints have a better defense than the Rams. I think the Saints have a slight edge in offense, slight, because of 2 good backs.

My Giants are going to suck and how long must us NY fans endure Eli?

The Bears are not going to get every turnover every game. They will make the playoffs because their division is soo bad but they will be knocked off in the playoffs and Grossman won't be the QB by then.

Their D still sucks Mark :aww:

They added Adam Carriker and James Hall on the d-line, plus their younger d-backs have more experience now. I really think they're going to be half decent on defense this year. I was hoping they would pickup Simeon Rice this week, but he went to Denver instead.

Here's another prediction...Tom Brady will have his best statistical season ever this year. Easily 4000+ yards and 30-40 TD's.

Steelers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They'll finish 7-9, 3rd place in the division. Right ahead of the 6-10 Browns. :)

I predict the Ducks will beat the Rams at the World Series.

Everyone is jumping on that bandwagon. I think Peyton will have better stats than Brady this year. 1 reason is it's easier to pass in the Dome rather than the aweful weather in New England. And 2 is Peyton doesn't have that monkey on his back anymore about winning the big game so he can relax more and take more chances. And has anyone else noticed how the Colts have OWNED the Pats the past few years.

Rams in New Orleans should be a fun game. Watch it be 13-10 when everything in the world says it should be 48-42. :D

I don't like the Steelers but they are a hard team to figure right now. They'll have a healthy Ben back but with a new coach. I think around 9-7 or 10-6.

Look at Brady's average season stats over the past 3 or 4 years, it's near 4000 yards and 25 or so TD's. He's incredibly underrated stat wise, he really does put up great numbers, and he's consistent as hell.

The Rams offense is scary good, but not in the same way as the old "Greatest Show on Turf" Rams. They're way more physical now, and they run the ball a lot more. They still air it out though, and why not...they have Marc Bulger. :D

Big Ben is average at best, and they didn't add anyone good. All they did was lose players, and their coach. If they win 9 games I would be very surprised.

They did great in the draft, look again

Great? I wouldn't say that at all.
