Pictures definitely don't do it justice. In person it is just awesome! I know not everyone will dig the skull, but the level of detail is just incredible. The maggots are inlaid with pearl. The flies are inlaid abalone. The fly wings are real fly wings! And the skull is hand painted/stained on the flame maple top.

He does do amazing work! I haven't had much chance to really check this out yet, but I can tell I'm going to like it. It's got a very big but clear tone to it. This is also my first time with Aftermaths so I didn't know what to expect from them. It's probably going to need some time to settle as it just shipped across the ocean. By this weekend I should have the setup nailed down fairly well so I can give it a fair shake.
 
Wow man....that's really great attention to detail...dig how he incorporates the flame in the top.

I'm not into that whole skulls/metal/look-I'm-so-evil thing... But that thing really does look like a work of art.

Graphic guitars are not my thing but that is impressive. I remember seeing progress shots of that build on ss.org and wanting to see the final product. Came out killer and I bet it sounds even better.
 
I know what you mean about graphics on guitars. I usually don't like them either. But for some reason this one spoke to me.
 
Maggots aren't usually a design element that pops into my mind but I have to admit that is pretty damn slick. I think my favorite part is the pickups...

Is that an earvana nut?

I believe it is. He has a video on his website that explains some of his build techniques and design ideas. And I think he mentions using earvana. I've never seen one before this.
