Been wanting one of these for a long time, finally found one for the right price. It needs to be setup properly, as you can see below.

Mahogany body/neck 2 piece body and neck
Grover tuners
Floyd Rose bridge
Flamed Maple top
Rosewood board
Gold speed knobs
Chrome hardware
Body/neck binding
Abalone dot inlays

Check out this setup! The previous owner complained the fine tuners would go out of tune, somehow I think it's more than likely the setup, or lack thereof...

A popped E string and that Floyd is still riding a serious wheelie! Sink those screws in big time on the backside and get that Floyd level with the top and I bet your tuning problems are gone. Beautiful guitar man!

That thing is sweet, always want one myself!

Nice. That's one of the better tops for that color.

Definitely, always liked this finish!

Way ahead of ya, I stopped by the local music store for some new strings on my way home. Already cleaned/conditioned the board, polished the frets, waxed/polished it, and leveled out the Floyd!

Many years have passed for me wanting one of these and a DFH, Dime is definitely my favorite guitarist. The feeling in his riffs and solos is unmatched in the metal world IMO.

Very nice! I have thought about picking up one of those myself for the last few years! I was always kind of worried about the quality, but since they are MIK, I figured they should be the same as Schecter/LTD?

I am typically not a fan of huge, pointy guitars..... but the Dime in me loves the look of these!

The MIK guitars have definitely taken a huge step forward in quality control. This one is from the Un Sung plant, and I'd put it up against US Made production guitars any day. I was just talking to one of the guys that's worked at my local guitar center about this the other day funny enough. We sat down and played the top of the line Epiphones vs the top of the line Gibsons. Was there a difference? Yeah of course, was there a $2k difference? I'd say not as far as quality goes. For name brand recognition, of course Gibson will go a lot further than Epiphone. Most players wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Plus, most people even with rudimentary skills can take a $100 guitar and set it up to sound and play as good as a much more expensive guitar. My plywood guitar is a great example of that.

Dean imports have come along way in the last few years. I've been eyeing one of the trans black 79 MLF's they made this year. It actually has the V-neck like my DFH which I love.

Yeah, my DCR Stealth is absolutely bad ass, also has the v neck. This one has just a medium neck, which is somewhat disappointing, but the finish makes up for it.

That Dean ML 79 sure looks a lot like the Japanese Quest model Can anyone tell me about the Japanese model?
