Before I say anything else, I'd like to say a big thanks to Steinmetzify (from GAB) for making this possible for me. I got the guitar from GC Used, and they won't ship to Canada, so I had it shipped to Steinmetzify and then he shipped it to me. He wouldn't take any extra money to do it, so that was REALLY cool of him to take the time to do that for me for nothing. Thanks again dude, you rock!! :thu:

Now, on to the guitar!! I've been wanting one of these for a loooong time, but I haven't been able to find one locally, or even in Canada for anything close to a reasonable price. Cheapest one I found locally was $1400. Sorry, but I'm not paying that when I see them for $800 all the time lol.

All I can say about the guitar is it has exceeded my expectations. I've played a TON of LTD's, but I've never had the chance to get my hands on an actual ESP. I've heard the EC1000's are close to the ESP's, but I must have got a good one because it absolutely shits all over the EC1000's I've played. They actually have the EC1000 version of this at my local shop, and I've payed it a lot. There is just no comparison between the two. The build quality and fit and finish on the ESP is just soooooo much better.

Anyway, I'm a happy camper!! On to the pics!! I'm debating blacking it out, lol.

Sweet! Great guitars. I have the vintage white version of it and also the LTD version of yours. Enjoy!

If I was going to ever get an ESP, that'd be the one! Great looking guitar!

Congrats, awesome guitar. I love ESP and I know your pain. I also live in Canada and bought a used ESP Kami from GC in the States and it was a giant pain, they would ship it to me, but they wouldn't take my credit card and it was a mess trying to get the thing paid for. Thankfully the guitar more than made up for the troubles

Just ordered a Het Set for it. I hope I'll like them!

Let us know how the het set works if you don't mind! I've heard they're more colourful versions of the 81/60.

Happy NGD! I was very close to buying an Eclipse in snow white with black hardware, they're very nice. I ended up getting a horizon instead, and I own a Gibbie so I don't know if I could justify owning one of these for a while, but I like them very much.
