I received this guitar today. Haven't tried it through my amps yet but even playing it without amps, it sounds massive and crazy resonant. The feel is nothing like my snakebyte or the ESP EXP. I'm in love.

I'm sure ten of those views are me coming back to look at that sexy damn guitar. I'm going to buy an '84 explorer as soon as I buy a house next year. I know those esp's are probably even more rare. And expensive.

Thank you very much guys. These ESPs are indeed some of the top guitars that are out there I think. And very comfy to play.
Mchn13, you should definitely save up some money and get one. You won't regret it. Check out the EXP versions too. They are amazing too.

I always wanted to see if I bonded with an explorer. Always been a les Paul guy, or a super strat player. May grab a used Epiphone '84ex, and see if I jive with the shape. If I do, then pick up a real one next year.

Nice axe man! Specs please! I've always been super impressed with the ESP stuff. Great fit to finish, great feel/play-ability, and great tone.
Always wanted an explorer body style, CLASSIC!
When I lived in CO, DrumCity Guitarland always carried some SICK custom ESP stuff and I was always amazed at the quality of those instruments.

I got mine a couple of days ago. Played it today in Bandrehearsal and it crushes.
You are totally right about the comparison between the Snakebyte and the MX. Love the Snakebite but the MX is in another league.
