It ain't no J-Custom, but it's pretty nice to me... Ibanez RG470, surprisingly sounds GREAT! Traded my Epi LP for it and demo-ed it through a 5153 at a local samash where the trade went down. Wizard necks FTW!! :D :D :D

I recently traded for an S470 and found it to be surprisingly good as well. Nice neck, big frets, light weight but meaty tone, the lo-trs isn't all that bad once you get it set up right. Not a bad guitar at all.

I think an "F" serial number means it was made in Japan.
 
Yeah, F means it was made in Japan. I think C means it was made in Korea.
