We just can not get it to not osscilate. Both the increase in gain and putting a mid cut button causes it to go nuts if you go past 1 o clock. Needs a new board layout it we are going to do anything to it. Sorry guys but it just won't work! :(

Oh well, guess its time to just get a regular COD.

Not to hijack but Ive been thinking about putting up a thread to trade my T/D for a COD. I just never use T/D since I got BMan.

So can I get just the mid-cut button on my COD before you guys send it back to me? I don't need the extra gain if the mid-cut switch will work OK by itself...that would be far more helpful to me than more gain.

Thanks for for the update Jeff! It sounded it like it was gonna be tricky gettin that one to work. Hopefully you guys can blow us away with a new design in the future!

Matt even the switch causes osscilation with the stock gain setting if set over 1 o clock. It was not layed out in include the switch so its a physical thing. New COD coming back to you stock.

Hmm...bummer. Well, I love the COD as-is, it would just be cool to have the cut as an extra option. Oh well, I'll just wait for COD2. =)

might have to go and get a regular cod as well.....was waiting to see if the cod2 was possible. Thx for news jeff =D

Any idea on an ETA for it (mine coming back, I mean, not the COD+/mod)? Thanks!

:)

Use an OD pedal with the COD..Xotic BB sounds fantastic IMO.

The mid-cut thing sounded interesting..might see if Pete can figure a way to do it ;)

This may be an odd question...I know you guys aren't into crazy blizzards of manic destruction in a module...but I am, and this sounds interesting! :) When you say "oscillate" do you mean a sort of "Death By Audio" pedal, Nine Inch Nails sounding doom distortion that is still playable?

Or do you mean "oscillate" in that sort of "select the module, it starts motor boating, and you can't hear a single note through it?" Because I think that's a cool effect, but sadly, not playable.

Thanks!
Orren
