So I actually got this about a year ago now, but forgot to talk about it lol. I paid only $80 for it and it’s the same as the Intersound version for twice the price, just a different label

Anyway, it basically sounds almost just like my real TC Integrated Pre, just with less gain and output on tap and a bit more organic sounding maybe just since it’s older. Like the TC it’s always on and the battery doesn’t last long sadly. It can sound really quacky and bad if you don’t dial it in well, but where I like it basically sounds like a lower output TC Pre, which for some might be just right and others may want more. Either way it’s a cool pedal for not a lot of money. If you don’t like the TC Pre you probably won’t like this one either

You are out there scouring the earth for gear. I love it
Been doing that for 16 years now and can't stop. Always hunting. Right now there's just 3-4 pedals left on my list to try (besides 9 I have incoming), 2 speakers left, 4 vintage pickups left, a few vintage tubes and guitars, but as always quite a few amps left. Hopefully I don't find too many more items that catch my attention

Oh I don't think so.

Every day I see strange boost pedals here and there, on Ebay and Reverb. Which means you'll have MANY more to try.

Very well could be. I tend to periodically find new stuff to capture my attention, but I’ve already tried at this point 174 different boosts, have 6 more vintage ones on the way. At least for vintage stuff I’m just not sure what else to look for now and especially with pedals there have been so few non-vintage ones I’ve liked much, but still have 2 left on my list to try (both tube driven). That’s where I’m currently: 2 recent made tube driven boosts on my list and one vintage left. Really though I could be fine with just the Klon. It’s what I’ve used at least 95% of the time all these years
