Absolutely stunning. The magnet is the golden cherry on top!

Will be sure to post a sound review once I get time to crank this thing.

UPDATE: Running straight into a blackface style clean. Mega clean. Tele build with Humbuckers.

This pedal has Griffin Analog signature trademarks in that there is always a certain open or transparent nature to the sound, no matter how much gain you stack on and such. I was unable to to achieve this on the several OCDs I have owned or played. This can go from somewhere nice and slightly pushed to absolutely GNARLY. Damn man, this can really sink into very tight metal rhythm guitar and screaming lead. My playing sits in this weird land of metal fusion where I will be just slamming out weird riffs and ease up in picking to detail out wide spaced chordal harmonies. I used to run my OCDs exclusively in 18v for that big, open, thumping nature and extra headroom to be more dynamic. Somehow Wayne has surpassed this in a 9v build.....

It is really fun to be able to completely change the nature of the pedal with a flip of a switch to change between LED or Ge.

Same with the LP/HP modes.

Don't think just because it is LP mode it cannot get down and dirty baby, because it absolutely can!

This has to be one of the best ODs I have ever played.

Tone is subjective for sure but it sounds like this tone is for me.

Happy NPD! Love it!

One day I will get rich and buy me lots of them Wayne’s boost offerings 🤤
Get rich? Shoot, just do what I do and sell any excess gear you have or do some side work for people. That being said, I can fit all of my gear pretty much into a sedan or small SUV. None of it is really expensive either.

That's one thing I truly love about Wayne's stuff - At around $100, his pedals are well within reach.

When he does sales, hell, I think I got one for around $50 once so..... Definitely don't have to be rich.

Sound check!

I got to play this thing for about 30 minutes and was in heaven. Can't wait to sink some real time into it. This thing is crazy versatile. It can make my amp absolutely sing or scream. Damn this thing can get heavy. Nice.

I have it going into just a clean as clean can be and it absolutely rips.

Massive sounding, dynamic and transparent, kind of a Griffin Analog trademark at this point.

I don't see this ever leaving my board/stash.

I can’t say I have excess gear, only an amp and 2 guitars.

Plus I been ULTRA tight on budget for quite a while now. So yeah, have to wait until better times come.

@griff10672 You are a fkn magician dude. Kudos. I almost see this being my desert island OD and I have not even gotten to close to running it through it's paces.

congrats man! So what is this pedal based on? I missed the thread.
It's a OCD variant ..... it has internal dip switches that's lets you emulate all the revisions as closely as you can without changing actual pots out ...
also has LED clipping option which sounds amazing on this circuit . There's a couple in the classifieds ....

thank you sir! Honestly though, at this point after getting a few, I would rather buy direct from you and have a custom pedal.

We are in the same boat. Makes it all the more sweet when you finally score the piece of gear you want, plus you have time to really think about how you are going to spend your cash instead of just making multiple rash purchases.

Nice! Are you a MESA guy? Couldn't help but notice that plush silver-grey carpeting that seems ubiquitous to the majority of the MESA owning rig talk crowd.
Lol nah man I have never owned a Mesa ever.

I was in a band for a short while with a guy who had a really nice Recto but wasn't my thing at the time.

The carpet is actually a sandy brown, must be the lighting.

Phew...that was close.....I almost had to be a MESA guy... I mean life could be worse..... :p

This thing really can get freakin gnarly.

I mean, like really smashes harder than my OCD, and I ran it exclusively at 18v for the extra thump.

This was an absolutely killer brthday gift from my wife. Could not be happier.

Also, received the news on my birthday that my house was saved from the fire, so it's been an extra good one this year.

I've always loved singing old style hymns with a group or solo. Many thanks for sharing that, I rather enjoyed it.
You might like orthodox chant then. I'd suggest sacred treasures, choral masterworks from Russia. Here is an ad free version:

Yes I do, and have listened to it before. I happen to have friends who are Orthodox. Beautiful music. I teach Biblical Hebrew (and older or related languages as well) and tend to delve into all sorts of music, whether in English or otherwise. Here is some stuff from the other side of the spectrum. No, I am not Jewish.

This one is in multiple languages. Has subs. Is really fun and upbeat:

Much more slowed down. Activate captions for subtitles. Yamma Ensemble has some cool tracks:

And 1 more Yamma:

Yeah, definitely no impulsive buying on our side haha
