JPTR FX asked me to do some demos for him. I run the smashingpumpkinsgear page on IG and these are perfect for the sounds i usually go for.
Here is a clip of the first initial iphone mic testing. There will be a full demo with amps mic'd up etc soon. Working on the settings for that over the next couple days.
The build quality on these is second to none. I opened them up and there are some internal settings in the Katastrophe.
I was running into the power section of my VH4 for this video. He said before i got it that the Katastrophe is Gish in a box so there it is even with a crappy phone mic.
Once i get the legit demos done i'll post them here.
