NPD - Klon KTR

Popped into a local shop earlier to buy a patch cable and left with a patch cable and a brand-new-in-box Klon KTR. At least I didn’t walk out with the Gil Yaron LP hanging on the wall…..

Played it through my MCII build this afternoon. I’d wanted to try a Klon-style pedal with it, as the OD808X and Buxom Boost I have push the uppers and upper mids too much for my ears. Really enjoying it so far - it makes the amp tighter but also juicy, without driving those upper frequencies in a way I don’t like. It also doesn’t colour the amp’s core tone very much, which is great.

My buddy just got one after a very long wait. He loves it. Congratulations on a serious score find bro!

My J Rockett Archer (silver centaur klone) is one of my favorite pedals of all time, so naturally I've been curious about the KTR. It would've been nice if he'd labeled the treble, gain, and output pots instead of putting his snarky little message on the bottom (side?) of the pedal though.
