I’m making a prime rib myself. 6pm central. Mashed instead of baked and ass-paragus will all sorts of other yummy bs. I’m about to pop open a nice rye whiskey. I even got to play earlier for about an hour. So all boxes checked…. No. One more box I need to bust into. We shall see how my gift goes …

Yorkshire pudding is awesome. Had it a lot as a kid and sling it myself on occasion for my (grown) kids now.
Tonight I'm going with baked stuffed flank steak (after "7 fishes" Christmas eve dinner).
