Had a MINOR glitch with my relatively new VH4S... In NO time, BOTH Peters were on the situation from across the pond, like fat kids on a Smartie. Like, seriously ON IT :salute:

Papa Diezel, got the package - thanks for going above and beyond... Although it seems so typical of the Diezel customer service levels, I always think a big THANK YOU and show of appreciation is necessary. And Peter #2, thanks for following up upon your return from NAMM

We're golden - I'll be getting the "V" fixed up and cannot wait to have her breathing once again... \:D/

You know every time I read one of these its just another feather in the cap for the Peters and yet another box ticked for me. It just reinforces my feeling that getting a Diezel was the way to go!

Agreed. I've never had any problems, but I won't be worried if I ever do.

It would be a whole lot better if these malfunctions never happened to begin with. Just sayin' :)

For all we know it was a tube or a midi chip. I am sure that most would agree, but you could always
start your own multi-national Amplifier brand and see how it feels to support it by yourself !!!

Much respect to the Diezel Germany crew.

Like fine high performance vehicles, they sometimes take a little tweaking. I have no issues with my Diezel gear - period.

One tube, and a hum trimmer. Instead, replaced almost everything that could be replaced. And for this, I thank Diezel.
