order of rack effects does it matter...

not such as order in the chain, I have the figured out, I mean the order they are placed in the rack. Such as certain units have issues when placed next to others.

I just purchased

ISP Decimator Pro Rack G
Furman AR1215
Sennheiser EW172
Rane PE-17

I know its an effects question more so, but they are slower over there. :lol: :LOL:
 
:confused: None of those are effects (except for maybe the EQ). You can put those in whatever order you want, but I'd do it like this:

AR1215
EW172
ProRackG
PE-17
 
k, thats close to the order I was planning. The only thing I was somewhat concerned with was the Power conditioner right next to the wireless.

Personally, I'd have a blank space between the power unit and the wireless. You'll have to mess around and see if your wireless interferes with the unit or not.

that's the exact shit i wanted in my rack when i got it. unfortunately, i'm not rich enough to actually buy all that shit. i might be selling my rack case and contents and going back to the ol head and cab.
reason being, i want another isp decimator. the difference between the pedal and rack unit is about $300. i used to own the pedal version and i always thought "why do i have the rack when i'm just buying pedals?"...but the only reason i want the rack unit is cuz i have the rack. it's retarded! i have to spend extra $$$ just to justify having the rack. sumthin i never looked into or thought of when i decided to rack up my gear.
now i have a tough task ahead cuz my shockmount case weighs a ton and noone locally wants it. i've tried all the bands around here...mostly the guys with the shitty tone...but none of the musicians around here got any money. this thing woulda been gone in a month if i were still in san diego...total bummer.

sorry bout the hijack dude...just had to vent.
 
no I hear you. and I have been wanting all this stuff for awhile, but since I can't really "save" 400 dollars at a time, the average of this stuff online, I had to wait till I got the good ol credit card. then splurged. :rock:
