hey guys, i ordered a tweaker 40, and stoked.
my friend has the 15 and if its just as good, im set.
should get here on wendsday.
number 1 reason, QA hopefully is a top priority being an up and coming company.
i have played the rebel series and they are great too, but bruce egnater puts basically three tone amps into a inexpensive amplifier.

thanks sweetwater.com...
just hope its not all hype.. :gethim:
lol

Dude, please give us here at RigTalk an Update of your evaluation on the Tweaker 40......
I've been gassin' for someone's first hand thoughts on this since Egnater started dreamin it up!!!
Details, Details...... How do the stock tubes sound/, What speakers are you playin' it through?
And style of music your playin'.....
Happy NGD too Ya!!!

Yeah man, you gotta snap out of that new amp honeymoon, and throw us a post!

Is it really just exactly like have two Tweakers in one box? That would be sweet. If it had enough clean headroom to play with a drummer as well, that would be another sale to me.

What are the stock tubes? Is Bruce still using EHX in the 40 watter? I thought they sounded stellar in the Tweaker 15.

I'm really gassing for this hard. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on a Tweaker 15 purchase, but if this thing is two Tweakers with a lot more headroom, I'm probably sold.

Ok. Here goes,
Each channel has vintage and modern switching
Volume and gain knob
Tight deep, bright normal,
Mid cut normal, hot and clean for gain stage
Has a master eq and USA AC and Brit settings.
40 watts gives alot of head room, my favorite clean
Brit with a strat eq at 1:00
Is volume dimed and gain down all the way before the sound
Cuts off for ch 1. Deep, bright, clean, normal
Channel 2 normal, Brit, eq same, volume 9:00
Tight, bright, hot, midcut or normal and it's almost the same
Volume as the clean channel but distortion.
It can go from pretty low volumes, perfect for practice
To uncomfortable loud.
Still working on tones
