I sent an email on the Diezel website because I sold my Einstein to someone, and during shipping, the fuse and fuse cap came up missing. I'm trying to get the parts to send to him.

Can someone please help me out here? It's been 2 days and no response yet. I just need the fuse and fuse cap/cover.
 
They are probable busy since they are a small company
did try PM Peter or Terry on the message board? they usally
respond pretty quick

just find one of there post its says PM on the bottom
 
Well apparently Peter doesn't have a PM button but the other admins do so I sent one of them a message. Hopefully I'll get the parts I need. Thanks.

Both Peter and myself have discussed this situation with Michael days before this post.
 
That wasn't me you spoke to. I'm the original owner of the amp. This is my first contact with Diezel about this issue. My only other contact was an email message sent from the online form on your website. You must be getting me confused with another person.

No, I'm not that guy. I'm another guy who was asking about the same thing. It was 2 days since my inquiry so I think it's reasonable to allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Next time I'll know to get faster help here on the forum.

By the way, is there a certain part number or is Schurter FEF exactly what I need to get?
