Anyone tried to learn this tune yet? Its an acoustic instrumental peice and it freaking RIPS. Thinking about tackling this one soon. Does his new DVD cover this tune at all?
 
Tweed, your gonna need a 3 string acoustic to tackle that one. I've done bits and peices of it, should definatly learn the whole thing.

He uses a 3 stringed acoustic with all three strings tuned to E (low, middle, and high E)

Exactly.

It's a VERY fun tuning to play in. I've had an acoustic set up that way for about a 7-8 months now.
