I remember the times when you could buy used Kramer Focus guitars for less than 200 USD. I had a 1000, 2000 and 3000. The 1000 I got for 160. Sold it later for 300.

Wow ! Great find! Looks great!
Check the top end of the neck near the nut for any large upward bow. Those things were notorious for that, especially the earlier models.

Is that an OFR with the screwed in studs?

Probably will need to re-drill and dowel those. They look like they have moved from pic you posted at least on the bass side of the bridge. I recently fixed an original Baretta model for a customer with this issue. Was fun to do because I had one of those as a teenager as my main guitar for a few years.

They're coming back down. I saw an early beak hs version go for 450 on GC.com last week. The Focus series are ok...lesser guitars than the Charvel model series imo. They did come with OFRs, which is very cool.

Wow, what a find! It looks like a real gem from 1985. I love the pictures you shared; I would kill for this one. Discovering vintage guitars can be such an exciting experience, especially when you stumble upon something special like this. Have you had a chance to play it yet? Also, if you are looking for more vintage finds, visit this pawn shop. I hope you enjoy it!

It appears to have a Screamin’ Demon pickup in the bridge spot

that is an awesome find!

Around ten years ago, my buddy and I visited a small mom and pop music store near me. I had to piss so bad when I walked in that I did not notice the Kramer "Holy Grail" and proceeded to the restroom. by the time I came back, he already had purchased it for $350... my fucking weak ass bladder lol!!!

I did get a pacer though as the door prize and loved that guitar. Paid $200 for it.
