Hey all,
There are 2 types of people in this world. People who play a Floyd and people who do not. I do not. And so this guitar is up for sale. I purchased this guitar in 2020 and it has, essentially, sat in its case for 3 years. This was part of a very limited run by the Gibson Custom Shop which produced these in OD Green. I am not sure of the total amount made but it is really small. 7 were donated to Guitars 4 Vets for sale and I purchased one. This color is very rare, and oddly, Rainbow Guitars in Arizona commissioned a very small run of this guitar recently for their store and sold the last one of these last month for 6k. This is a 2017 which is loaded with 498/496. 2 Push/Pull knobs--standard Axcess layout. This also has the Apex headstock and richlite fingerboard. 8.6 pounds.
The guitar is not perfect. It does not have the case candy. It also has some finish checks on the guitar, which I tried to highlight. Even under direct light they are difficult to see unless you tilt the guitar heavily under light, however they are definitely there and I tried to make them look as bad as possible. The checking is by the knobs, across the bottom of the body carve, and one located near the neck pickup below the pickup switch. There is also a finish crack at the neck joint (which is custom for these Axcess guitars. I have 3 others and they all have them). Otherwise there is light swirling on the guitar from being in a case and cleaning before me. If this were a hard tail it would be staying. And In fact I bought another Axcess in a stop tail, just to have it refinished in OD Green burst--because I am psychotic and allergic to money.
Price is *dropped to 3750* shipped f/f. The only trade I would be looking for is a PRS Custom 24 Holcomb Core model. Thanks all.
