I am thinking about putting 2 G12M25 Greenbacks made in England in a cross-pattern with my current Diezel NYC rear loaded Cabinet with V30's. Is this advisable or not, all are 16ohm loudspeakers. I run a 50 watt Einstein.

Secondly, is the medium magnet ok in this configuration or do I need a heavy?

edit: if I understood correctly you want to replace two V30s with two Greenbacks, right?

The lowest wattage speaker multiplied with the number of speakers results the wattage of the cab. So you will have a 100 Watt cab for a 50 Watts head.

I like the Greenbacks for clean and crunch.

Please note that the overall wattage will be 100 watts.
