Okay so on the rare occasion my Diezel cab gets used outside of my studio the logo got snagged and the "L" portion broke off. I know I know how can the logo get snagged. Well the drum rug on the drum riser had those small rope looking loops hanging off of the side. When I am wheeling the cab off stage one of the loops got hooked around the edge of the logo and snap it went. The logo then said Dieze. It looked bad, so I took it off. I emailed Peter the next day or so and he immediately replied that he would send one out to replace the one I broke in my haste to get the cab off stage. A couple of weeks go by and no logo. I emailed Peter to see if maybe they were out of them and there would be a delay. I also offered to send him money for the logo and he refused twice! Well the original one he sent got broken also in transit and sent back to him without it getting delivered to me. Peter sent another one and it arrived intact. It is proudly displayed on my cab. Now that is customer service my friends! How awesome is that!
