Can I run a 16ohm cabinet and an 8 ohm cabinet at the same time? You can with Mesa I'm just not sure about Diezel. I have a 50 watt Eini.

Put both into the 4 Ohm (2x8 Ohm) outs.

Olaf speaks the truth. 
I have a 50 watt Einstein combo and have done that with a 2x12 Diezel and the 16 ohm V-30 in the combo. Due to the three-speaker configuration, it has a great tone, as the ohms are slightly off from the three speaker set up.
