Hi everyone, I just want to make a public announcement to thank Peter Diezel for having the best support around!!!! :rock: !

Seriously, if anybody has any questions or concerns email Peter...he's fantastic. Of course everyone here already know this. :yes:

Word, I'm also more than impressed by Diezel service.
I was a bit unhappy with my Herbert and was even thinking about selling it but I decided to contact Peter first.
End of story, it took me less than an hour to get an appointment for 4 days later (I live only a 1 1/2h drive from Peter) and now I'm happier than ever with my Herbie and it is going nowhere. :worship:

I was just not happy with the sound and I had problems cutting though against the Blackmore of my bandmate who likes to run it on chainsaw mode with mids treble presence way up and this through a v30 cab :gethim: (Before the cut-through discussion starts again, I have problems against this Blackmore even with my Framus Cobra that usually cuts through everything like a knife)
I don't know what made the most difference as I got all new powertubes (mine were over 2 years old), new preamp tubes in v1 and v2 and Peter did some magic inside the amp but I asked for more mids and highs and a bit more open sound in the gain channels and that's what I got.

I sent him an email and was replied back within 24 hours! :thumbsup:

Wow....I know he is a very busy man and to take the time out to personally write back blew me away! :rock:

I am going no where!!

This is the reason why i´ll never use another amp till my days are counted. Peter is amazing! You can ask him anything and he is always there and helps.
